    Abstract: 14 fig. [Psoroglaena cubensis, previously known only from China and Cuba, is now reported from Kenya, the Seychelles, Australia, Paraguay, and the U.S.A. New: P. cubensis var. teretiloba var. nov., Flakea papillata gen. et sp. nov. The latter species "...is a sterile, usually corticolous, foliose, extremely thin, bluish green lichen with bundles of brown rhizoids arising from the thalline margin. The photobiont is a chlorococcoid green alga. The species is known from Cuba, Argentina, Paraguay, Peru, Kenya, Fiji, and Australia. The position of the new ascomycete genus is unknown."]
