Abstract: Sarcogyne canberrense sp. nov. is described from limestone outcrops in Eucalyptus woodland in the Australian Capital Territory, and S. tholifera sp. nov. is reported from compacted, acidic soil in woodland in the southern Darling Downs, Queensland and on the central-western slopes of New South Wales. Caeruleum heppii (Nägeli ex Körb.) K.Knudsen & L.Arcadia, is recorded for the first time from Australia (A.C.T.). A key is provided to the 23 species and infraspecific taxa of Australian Acarosporaceae.
